The joint Adult Education Block Grant executive committee between Copper Mountain College and Morongo Unified School District will meet 11 a.m. Monday, July 16. The committee will discuss safety concerns at its two off-site facilities—the old Monument High School and at the Town Center Mall. Other items on the agenda include determining schedules for the two off-site locations. The only action item will be to sign a memorandum of understanding for the dental program, in which the block grant funds will be used to pay for supplies for the dental program. The meeting will be held in Room 651 of the Student Success Center on the college campus in Joshua Tree.
