Copper Mountain College is holding a Veterans Day of Remembrance on Friday, November 7, at 10:00 a.m., in the 300 Quad on the main campus in Joshua Tree. Included will be a brief dedication of Bud and Betty’s Place for Veterans, the new military student center which will open in the spring. This event, sponsored by CMC’s Veterans Services and Base Programs and the CMC Foundation, will feature a program presented exclusively by veterans and will include light refreshments after the ceremony.
