The Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will discuss a report to the Accrediting Commission of Community and Junior College. Last year, the accrediting commission found that Copper Mountain College had poor levels of participation in outcomes assessment and was not in compliance with the accrediting commission’s standards. The college initiated new standards for student learning outcome assessments, and Monday, trustees will discuss the report prepared by the college about its efforts to address the deficiencies. Also on the agenda is a contract for the dean of instruction. Information about how to participate in Monday’s special meeting, is available below.
