This month’s meeting of the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will include a first reading of the board of trustees’ goals for the 2019-2020 school year, then a discussion of the twice-yearly meeting with Morongo Unified School District that will be held in October. Next is the first reading of the college’s and school district’s dual enrollment agreement, followed by a presentation on career technical education. The board will be asked to approve new course outlines and the 2019-2020 proposed adopted budget for CMC. The open session begins at 3 p.m. and will be held in the community room of the Bell Center on the Copper Mountain College campus in Joshua Tree.
