Tomorrow’s meeting of the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will begin in closed session to discuss employee discipline and the employment of a new Superintendent/President. Open session will begin with a public hearing in regards to the Copper Mountain Community College district’s initial contract proposal with the California School Employees Association. By law, the Board must hold a hearing to allow for public comment. Following that will be an accreditation update and curriculum revisions up for approval. The open session starts tomorrow at 3 p.m. and will be held in the community room of the Bell Center on the Copper Mountain College campus in Joshua Tree.
