The Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees met yesterday, the first meeting in the summer semester. Reporter Eric Knabe has the details…
The Board of Trustees meeting began in earnest when it was reported that they had not heard from the representative from the Community College League of California this month in regards to redistricting. It was then decided to table any discussion until more can be heard on the matter. A tentative date was set for the joint meeting of the Board of Trustees and the Morongo Unified School District for August 9. And an important document for accreditation, the Facilities Master Plan had its first reading; certain references need to be updated before the second reading. And all consent and action item passed unanimously with few clarifications.
