It will be a busy day for the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees, Thursday. First, a board study program at 12:30 pm, then their regular meeting at 2:30 pm. Reporter Eric Knabe has more on their agenda..

The Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will begin Thursday with a study program to review the CMC 2016-2021 Education Master Plan and various other plans and reports to establish at the end of the session new goals for the board of directors and the new Superintendent/President, Dr. Deren Otten. During their regular meeting the board will receive an Accreditation update. Then they will be asked to approve the services of Keenan & Associates to assist with the development of an Emergency Operations Plan. The study session starts at 12:30pm with the meeting at 2:30 pm and will be held in the community room of the Bell Center on the Copper Mountain College campus in Joshua Tree.
