Following a 2 p.m. closed session for a president/superintendent performance evaluation and a matter of potential litigation, the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees convenes in regular open session at 3 o’clock tomorrow in the Bell Center’s Community Room on the Joshua Tree campus. Among action items on the agenda, trustees will likely approve a tentative budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1. Several administrative policies out of the office of president/superintendent Jeff Cummings will be up for consideration as well as an updated policy concerning sexual misconduct. Those items and others are in addition to regular reports, and items on the consent agenda.
