Following a 2:30 p.m. board study session to review and discuss the 2021-2022 fiscal budget, the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will meet in a virtual open session at 3 p.m. today (June 10, 2021). Reporter Mike Lipsitz has highlights from the agenda…
In observance of the Copper Mountain College twentieth anniversary celebration, today’s agenda sets aside time to honor the contributions of Jennifer Cusack. The 2002 graduate has been a “front-and-center” booster for the college and advocate for its students. And among other items on today’s Action Agenda, the ad hoc committee focused on accreditation will provide an update on their work, trustees will consider a resolution affirming their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and they are expected to approve a tentative fiscal 2020-2021 budget.
