The meeting will start at 2 p.m. with a closed session during which it will hold an evaluation of the college superintendent/president, followed by a conference with legal counsel over potential litigation. In open session, the board will hear reports on a new commercial for the college, and on the trustees’ annual conference in May. Next, the board will be asked to approve a change to a contract for an advertising agreement with Marine Corps Community Services, and to approve a contract for a mental health counselor.
