Following a closed session for a resident/superintendent evaluation the Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will convene in regular open session at 3 o’clock tomorrow in the Bell Center’s Community Room on the Joshua Tree campus. In addition to reports and consideration of routine items on the consent agenda, trustees will consider a long list of action items including signing of a Joint Statement of Principles in support of the 2016 Centennial of the National Park Service. Renewal of a number of periodic service agreements, resolutions ensuring appropriate institutional planning and accreditation, one dealing with procedures for dealing with workplace violence, and a summary statement for the five-year construction plan.
