It’s was a packed house in the Bell center Friday night as the Copper Mountain college Men’s basketball team hosted a 1st round playoff game against visiting Ventura College. It was a high intensity game that went back and forth throughout. Sharp shooting and impressive guard play from Ventura would eventually give them the edge and they went on to eliminate CMC 87-75. The Fighting Cacti finished their inaugural season with an impressive 20-10 record and definitely made a name for themselves in the state this year.
