The Copper Mountain College board of trustees reviewed the college’s lease with the Morongo Unified School District during its regular meeting yesterday. Reporter Eric Knabe has the details…
After reviewing the lease agreement between Copper Mountain College and the Morongo Unified School District, several members of the board of trustees felt they needed more information and the item was tabled for a later date. The rest of the action items were given timely approval: renewing agreements to provide software and counseling and ASL interpreting services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. The District’s Adult Education Program and Neverland Child Care Center are continuing their partnership to offer their adult education students access to child care services, at no cost, during the time that they are enrolled in courses at Copper Mountain College’s Student Success Center.
