The first of several planned Community Resource Days at the Joshua Tree Community Center kicks off this Wednesday (July 10). The program hopes to provide a one-stop hub for residents seeking assistance with healthcare, legal aid and social services.
At this week’s events, you can apply for assistance with your utility bills via HEAP, get tax assistance, connect with San Bernardino County’s child support and transitional assistance programs. Also on site will be Valley Star Behavioral Health, Morongo Basin Healthcare District, Morongo Unified School District, and more.
The event is this Wednesday (7/10), and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Joshua Tree Community Center, located at 6171 Sunburst Ave. in Joshua Tree.
