The Morongo Basin Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT, will hold a fund-raising spaghetti dinner September 17 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Elks Lodge. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for children for spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread and salad. The Elks will have a no-host bar and desserts will be available. All funds will benefit the Fireman’s Rehab Fund. Tickets are available at the Hi-Desert Star newspaper or call Nancy Guinn at 760-218-0151.
