Morongo Basin Community Emergency Response Team, CERT, has a new training academy starting tomorrow, Thursday evening September 4, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There are seven weekly classes. The final exam, practical, and graduation will be on Saturday, October 18. All classes will be held at the Senior Center at the Yucca Valley Community Center complex. Space is limited to the first 25 registrations. Participants must attend all class dates in order to be eligible to graduate. There is no cost to attend this course.
