The second in the community concert series at Desert Hills Presbyterian Church has been scheduled for Saturday, October 24, at 2:00 p.m. Performing will be new director of the Hi-Desert Chorus Jeff Lantz on keyboards, Al Lopez on saxophone, and vocals by Julie Miller. They will perform music by Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Ella Fitzgerald, as well as ballads and country tunes. A suggested donation of $8 will be collected at the door and light refreshments will be available. The church is located at 56750 Mountain View Trail in Yucca Valley.
