A celebration commemorating the 229th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution will be held tomorrow, Saturday, September 17. In Philadelphia, the Liberty Bell will ring at 4 p.m. Eastern time. The Cahuilla Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution urges residents to ring bells in the Morongo Basin area at 1 p.m. local time to coincide with the 4 p.m. ringing in Philadelphia.
