UPDATED February 23: Due to inclement weather, Grilling with the Mayor has been moved to inside City Hall on Friday, February 24th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The public is invited to come and chat with Mayor McArthur Wright and enjoy light refreshments.
Mayor McArthur Wright, who was sworn in earlier this year as mayor, is eager to introduce himself to Twentynine Palms neighbors, and will be holding an open grilling session at Veterans Park on Friday (February 24).
Wright will post up at this “Grilling With the Mayor” event where food will be served and pressing questions will be answered.
The BBQ&A begins at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m. Friday at Veterans Park, located at 6136 Adobe Road.
