Postal workers at the Joshua Tree Post Office are asking residents to come get their packages today. The post office has 3,000 packages waiting to be picked up, and another 3,000 arrived this morning, with another 3 trucks coming later today. There is no more room to put the packages. The Joshua Tree Post Office will be open until 8 p.m. tonight to hand out packages, with a short closure from 5 to 5:30 p.m.
