Two housing areas on the Combat Center have been without power since early Monday morning. The electrical distribution circuits that serve the Ocotillo and Fairway Heights housing areas suffered severe damage. Repairs are underway, but power is not expected to be restored until well into today, or possibly even later. Ice is available for residents at the old Ocotillo minimart from 10 to 1 and 4 to 8 p.m. today, or until the ice runs out.
