Late afternoon and early evening forums are scheduled for July 29 aboard the Marine Corps Base, August 4 at the Yucca Valley Community Center, August 5 at Landers Elementary, August 12 at Morongo Valley Elementary, August 19 at Joshua Tree Elementary, and August 25 at Twentynine Palms City Hall.
