COLLEGE APPROVES $162,000 PRESIDENT/SUPERINTENDANT CONTRACT

At yesterday’s meeting of the Copper Mountain College Board Trustees bid farewell to outgoing student trustee Randy Smith and welcomed the presumed incoming student trustee Tyler Long. Turning to the action agenda, trustees made it official and approved a three-year, $162,000 base salary employment contract for President/ Superintendent Jeff Cummings. Trustees also approved revisions to the CMC Foundation’s Constitution, passed a resolution proclaiming May 18 to 22 Classified School Employees week, and awarded a contract for an electronic sign at the college entrance.
