The Friends of Pioneertown are teaming up with Project Coyote to give a presentation on coexisting with wildlife – with a focus on the famous lonesome desert dweller – the coyote. This free event will be on Thursday October 6th at 6pm in Pioneertown. The presentation will discuss coyote behavior, human-coyote conflicts and non-lethal solutions to living around the often misunderstood animal – as well as the ecological value that coyotes can bring to both urban and rural areas such as keeping rodent populations in check.

The event is free but you must signup to attend. You can go to friendsofpioneertown.org/activities/ to register and get more information.
