CLOSURES FOR CESAR CHAVEZ DAY AND SPRING BREAK

Saturday, March 31, is Cesar Chavez Day, a legal holiday in California but not a federal holiday. Here’s a roundup of what’s open and what’s closed on Friday, March 30: Most state offices, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the county courthouse will be closed. The post office will be open and Morongo Unified schools will be open. The Town of Yucca Valley and the City of Twentynine Palms will remain closed as usual on Friday.
Copper Mountain College will be closed March 30-31 during spring break.  The College will resume its normal operating hours on Monday, April 2.
