The Prison Law Office will file a class action lawsuit in federal court Monday, February 29 alleging that the conditions in the San Bernardino County Jails violate the U.S. constitution. The County of San Bernardino denies the allegations, but has been working with the Prison Law Office for more than a year to address the claims in the lawsuit.
