Civil and Landlord / Tenant cases can now be electronically filed to San Bernardino Superior Court

San Bernardino County Superior Court has again expanded e-filing options, and as of today (October 2), anyone involved in a civil or landlord/tenant case is now able to e-file documents.

The County Court’s e-filing system allows county residents and attorneys to file and submit documents or make payments wherever they are in the county through an online portal, increasing access to essential services in one of the nation’s geographically largest counties.

E-filing options supplement existing court processes, and have been implemented as part of probate and small claims courts. E-filing will be fully available for all matters when the system adds functionality for the family law and appeals courts in the spring of 2024.

To learn more about this system, or to e-file a document yourself, you can visit www.sb-court.org/eFiling
