Those fun-loving folks at Parks and Rec in Twentynine Palms are instilling some healthy competition in to the holiday season with a community holiday light decorating contest. Entry is free and the top three displays will receive a prize.
The deadline to register is Monday, November 30, at 6 p.m. and judging will take place on Saturday, December 5, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. All entries will be listed by address on the city’s website, 29palms.org, for the self-guided tour.
