CHP TO CONDUCT DUI/DRIVERS LICENSE CHECKPOINT SUNDAY

The California Highway Patrol will conduct a DUI/driver’s license checkpoint Saturday, July 20. Officers will be stopping drivers at an undisclosed area in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino County sometime between the hours 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Drivers will be checked for signs of alcohol or drug impairment, as well as for proper licensing and registration. The CHP will target an area where there is a high frequency of intoxicated drivers, and the CHP plans to check all vehicles for drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
