As people age, their reflexes often slow, a condition that can be dangerous when they’re behind the wheel of a vehicle. The California Highway Patrol is offering a driver’s education class for seniors, “Age Well, Drive Smart.” The free and informative program will be held at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center, 6539 Adobe Road at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 12. All seniors are encouraged to attend to learn more about driving as safely as possible for as long as possible. For more information, call Reach Out Morongo Basin at 760-361-1410.
