Chorographer Ana Sanchez-Colberg, in collaboration with BoxoPROJECTS of Joshua Tree, will share the “Materiality of Exile,” a project that emerged from the migratory histories of individuals and communities in the Southwest desert. The tea is set for Sunday, November 17, from 9 to 11 a.m. Please bring your own mug for tea to the Cap Rock Parking Area in Joshua Tree National Park. Ana Sanchez-Colberg is a Puerto Rican artist who is currently based in Athens, Greece. She brings together elements of dance, visual art, audio composition, movement, photography, and live documentation to her routines.
