A Morongo Valley man was arrested Thursday morning, accused of exposing himself to a minor. According to a Sheriff’s report, probation officers made a compliance check about 9:30 a.m. on Richard Arteaga, 39, at a home in the 10400 block of San Jacinto. Officers discovered that Arteaga exposed himself in front of a 17-year-old girl and her father. Richard Arteaga was arrested on suspicion of child molestation, and for violating his probation, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, and released.
