A Yucca Valley woman was arrested on child cruelty charges Thursday after drugs were found in her home. According to a Sheriff’s report, probation officers went to a home in the 7300 block of Dumosa Avenue about 3 p.m. to perform a compliance check on Jacqueline Noonan, 40. Probation officers requested assistance from Sheriff’s deputies after drugs were found in the home, along with a child who had access to the drugs. Jacqueline Noonan, who was convicted of possession of a controlled substance in 2012, was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sales, and cruelty to a child. Noonan was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $100,000.
