Come get your rah-rahs at a cheerleading clinic on September 8, hosted by Yucca Valley High School Cheer and Boosters. Participants will learn sidelines, cheers, dances, jumps and motion techniques. They will be taught the routine for the JV football halftime show and invited to perform on Friday, September 14, at Trojan Stadium.
The clinic will be held at the YVHS multi-purpose room. Cost is $25 per person or $20 per person for siblings. Open to ages 4-17, the event will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. and goes through 1 pm. Bring a sack lunch and water; snacks will be provided.
