CELEBRATION OF LIFE SET FOR TONY CECE

Anthony “Tony” Cece, a 15-year resident of Twentynine Palms, died February 8 of respiratory failure. He was 75 years old. Tony Cece was “everyone’s favorite waiter” at Bistro 29 in Twentynine Palms, and he owned and managed several restaurants in New York City prior to moving to California. Tony Cece is survived by his long-time companion, Sue Kelly, of Twentynine Palms, her sister, Vickie Waite, of Twentynine Palms, her brother, Bill Kelly of Atlanta, Georgia, and his friends in Illinois. Friends are invited to share their stories and memories of Tony Cece at a celebration of life Sunday, March 13, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Bistro 29 in Twentynine Palms.
