The Yucca Valley library will hold a special program Tuesday, March 5, to celebrate the birthday of children’s author Dr. Seuss. Read some of your favorite Dr. Seuss books, have photos taken with a Dr. Seuss character, and there will be Dr. Seuss-themed crafts. For every 15 items checked out, patrons will receive a ticket to win a stack of Dr. Seuss books. The event will be held at the Yucca Valley library from 11 a.m. to Noon.
