The Yucca Valley animal shelter is holding a Cat-a-Palooza adoption event. Adoption fees for all cats will be $20 and include vaccines and spaying or neutering. The Cat-a-Palooza ends Tuesday, August 9. Shelter hours are noon to 5. The animal shelter is closed Sundays and Mondays.
