The Cars tribute band, Heartbeat City, is tonight’s featured artist at the 8 p.m. free concert at Tortoise Rock Casino. Now in its fifth season, “Live at the Rock” presents a new tribute band, on the outdoor stage each Friday night through October. Heartbeat City covers hits from the popular ’80s rock sensation like “You Might Think,” “Magic” and “Drive,” which were staples on MTV. Live at the Rock is presented by Z107.7-FM. Concerts are open to all ages. In the coming weeks, look for tributes to David Bowie, Journey, and Pearl Jam.
