Caregiving can be a tough and isolating experience, but caregiver support groups are filled with people in similar situations that get what you’re going through. Are you a caregiver caring for a loved one at home?. Reach Out Morongo Basin will be hosting a Caregiver Peer Support Group on Friday August 2, at 2:00 pm at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center, 6539 Adobe Road. These informal groups are a great place to ask for advice, find out about useful resources, and just vent about your frustrations. A caregiver support group will also be held in Yucca Valley at 9:30 a.m. Monday, August 5, at the Yucca Valley Senior Center. Support groups are also planned in Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley at the same times and locations on Friday, August 16.
