“Birds, Buds and Bees” is the theme for the spring Art in Public Places exhibition at the Twentynine Palms Visitor Center and Art Gallery in downtown Twentynine Palms. Desert artists are invited to submit an original piece for possible inclusion in the exhibition. The gallery is accepting paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media, mosaics, ceramics, fabric art, assemblage, sculpture or other three-dimensional work that is ready to hang or mount and is offered for sale. Outdoor pieces are also are encouraged. The artwork will be received at the visitor center gallery on Friday, March 29, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and the show will run April 6 through June 28.
