CAL FIRE is asking the public for their help to prevent the sparking of a new wildfire. If you are camping, obtain a campfire permit at www.PreventWildfireCA.org, check for local fire restrictions, clear away grass and have a responsible person in attendance at all times. Always make sure your vehicle is properly maintained with nothing dragging on the ground, make sure trailer chains are properly secured, and never drive or pull over into dry grass.
