Cactus Sewables Quilt Guild will hold its general meeting Monday, December 5, in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. Doors open at 12:30 and the meeting begins promptly at 1:00 p.m. Election of officers for 2017 will be held at this meeting. Members and guests will celebrate the holidays with a potluck luncheon and surprises. Monica Gonzales from Monica’s Quilt and Beads in Palm Desert will present a brief program on “What’s New From Market.” She will then have all of the latest quilting products and new gadgets for sale. Guests are welcome with a $3 donation.
