More than 150 quilts will be on display at the 2018 Desert Guilds Quilt Show in Palm Springs Friday and Saturday, March 2 and 3. Members of three quilt guilds, including the Cactus Sewables of Yucca Valley, will show off their designs, including miniature and challenge quilts, at the show. Other highlights include a certified quilt appraiser, a quilt raffle, and merchants and vendors. The quilt show is a fundraiser for the three quilt gilds, which make donations to various community organizations. Admission is $7 with free parking. The quilt show is 10 to 4 Friday and 10 to 4 Saturday at the Palm Springs Pavilion, 401 South Pavilion Way in Palm Springs.
