Cactus Sew-Ables Quilt Guild will
hold its general meeting on October 7 in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley
Community Center. Doors are open at 12:30 pm and meeting begins at 1 p.m.
Guest speaker will be Jane Tenorio Coscarelli. Coscarelli will present a
program called “Day of the Dead.” A workshop will follow on
Tuesday at the Community Center called “Folklorico” by
Coscarelli. Guests are welcome at the general meeting. A $3 donation
is requested.
