Come out on Saturday, April 20, starting at 9 a.m., to the Sky’s The Limit Observatory and Nature Center. Desert naturalist Darrell Shade will show a video and lead a walk on the Nature Trail to see blooming cacti and desert flowers. Other activities will include an opportunity to look through solar scopes and a spectroscope. This event is free, but space is limited so please register in advance at the Twentynine Palms Park and Recreation Office or call 760-367-7562. Everyone is strongly encouraged to bring water bottles, chairs, snacks, hats and plenty of sunscreen.
