Due to increase of precipitation and lowering temperatures, the San Bernardino County Fire Department has revoked the suspension of all open burning and other open fires countywide, including the Morongo Basin. The order does not include Morongo Valley, where open burns are still suspended. Burn permits are still required for conducting any residential or agricultural open fire.
