The Sheriff’s Department is investigating a Twentynine Palms burglary in which the thieves stole a home’s furniture. According to a Sheriff’s report, the owner of a home in the 74900 block of Serrano Drive called the Sheriff’s Department about 3:20 Wednesday to report that sometime in the last three weeks, his home had been burglarized and trashed. The front door had been pried open, and a canopy bed, futon couch, and a washer were all missing from the home. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
