BLM’s fee-free days are a great way to get out and visit our surrounding public lands – experiencing areas that you may not have previously visited when it cost a little cash. On these days, fees are waived at day-use areas on BLM lands, including visitor centers, picnic spots, and National Conservation Lands.
In 2024, fees will be waived in just a few weeks on January 15 for Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday, June 19th for Juneteenth National Independence Day, July 16 for the Bureau of Land Management’s birthday, September 28th for National Public Lands Day, and November 11th for Veteran’s Day.
