Bring your lunch, bring your friends, or just bring yourself to the Hi-Desert Nature Museum’s monthly brown bag lunch lecture series Thursday. This month’s lecture is about rock art and it will explore the ancient art left by people tens of thousands of years ago. Rock art from Europe, Africa, and North America will be discussed, along with how it was made and what it could mean. The lecture starts at noon at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum in Yucca Valley. Admission is $5 per person or free for museum Members. Complimentary beverages will be served.
