A brother and sister were arrested in Yucca Valley Monday, after the man was found hiding in his sister’s attic. A Sheriff’s deputy went to a home in the 57000 block of Antelope Trail about noon Monday to perform a probation compliance check. Angela Vasquez, 39, answered the door and let the deputy in. The deputy knew her brother to be Lucio Reyes, 39, who had two felony arrest warrants. During a search of the home, Lucio Reyes was found hiding in the attic. Angela Vasquez was arrested for suspicion of being an accessory and for a probation violation; Lucio Reyes was arrested on his warrants. They were both booked into the Morongo Basin Jail and are being held without bail.
